Code of Conduct

1. Techlink’s Commitment to Clients & Impartiality

• Independent & Objective Advice: Provide unbiased, document-based consultancy services. Never recommend specific third-party hardware, software, laboratories or subcontractors if you have a financial interest in them, unless fully disclosed to the client.
• Realistic Commitments for projects and Scope of work: Accept projects where there is competence, capacity, and resources to fulfil the scope of work. Intimate stakeholders and clients immediately if an issue falls outside our expertise.
• Avoid Conflict of Interests: Avoid or decline assignments that may conflict with the interests of existing clients or the consultancy. Follow professional ethics to the core.

2. Data Protection & Confidentiality regarding Documents and information

• Information Security: Safeguard proprietary details, quotes, and technical information pertaining to any/every client. Never share or use any of the client’s information in exchange for any benefit or for no benefit.
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Clearly respect the client’s right to ownership of all hardware/software, microcode, accessories, documents, technical assets received during an active engagement.

3. Technical and Professional Integrity

• Quality Assurance: Commit to rigorous checking of documents, scrutiny, fact check, and thorough documentation of all technical aspects related to homologation and certifications.
• Technical Accuracy and Transparency to the government authorities: Maintain detailed, accurate records of product functionality, RF parameters in every project consulting activities, test methodologies, and results. Do not declare/alter system capabilities even if there is risk of certification being denied by authorities.

4. Professional Ethics, Commitment to Society and Environment

• Ethics at Workplace: Maintain a safe, accommodative, constructive and edifying work environment, with no tolerance on any type of discrimination, harassment.
• Anti-Bribery: Do not give or take any type of bribes, gifts or favours intended to alter professional judgment during certification processes, and never to influence the stakeholders for the company’s benefits or the client’s benefits.

5. Commitment to Environment protection and social forestation

• Respect and nurture the nature, spread awareness on global warming, plant trees in any possible fertile spots/locations in the world for each project completed successfully, geotag and protect them.
• Energy efficient methods in offices and surroundings. Protect trees, avoid paper and water wastage.

6. Enforcement

The guidelines are formalized as signed documents, accepted during interviews and selections and training process. Violations will be dealt in manner where it will never be repeated in the organisation. Legal steps will be adopted if necessary to compensate the clients and stakeholders. Continuous and progressive improvement in the processes will be made possible by referring to professional frameworks and implementing them whenever/wherever required.
